The Regional Code of Practice (RCOP) means a Code of Practice, endorsed by OSSA, governing the practices, procedures and safety training standards, to be followed at each of the OSSA Owner respective sites. These Codes of Practice apply to all employees of Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Shell Albian Sands, Suncor Energy Inc., and Syncrude Canada Ltd., and their contractors, subcontractors and vendors. These codes can be amended by the OSSA from time to time.
Note: At any time should Legislation requirements change they shall take precedent over the Regional Code.
